  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
  • 10 teaspoons (50 ml) vanilla syrup
  • 3 packets of sweetener (optional)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder (for garnish)
